Naomi first enjoyed a high-profile corporate career in the energy industry that took her around the world before settling in Mornington with her young son, Hugo, and their dog, Lloyd.

Soon after, she launched her first flourishing wedding celebrant business and was highly in-demand, winning awards and topping ‘Best Celebrants’ lists.

However, she noticed a gap in the industry...

Couples were expected to spend a fortune on their  wedding; and no one was serving the couples who wanted an affordable, but still fabulous wedding.

Disrupting the wedding industry...

Naomi created a unique business model that leverages various industry factors, along with her relationships with local award-winning venues and wedding suppliers. This allowed her to develop a ground-breaking, all-inclusive, pop up wedding offer.

She launched The Peninsula Pop Up Wedding Co in 2016, offering all inclusive, done for you premium wedding packages - without the premium price tag.

Rebranding to The Pop Up Wedding Collective in 2019, her unique business has been featured on television and in digital and print media, as well as being the subject of industry blogs and business podcasts.

With an ever expanding number of wedding and elopement packages, The Pop Up Wedding Collective is the most established pop up wedding and elopement provider in Victoria. Naomi prides herself on creating celebrations that are are simple to organise, beautiful to behold and affordable – without sacrificing that luxe feel.
