Where is Stumpy Gully Vineyard?
Stumpy Gully Vineyard & Restaurant is located in Moorooduc on the Mornington Peninsula.
It's is perfect for couples all around Victoria and especially those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
It's situated under an hour from Melbourne's CBD, just off the Peninsula link freeway, making it an easy commute, yet is remote and hidden from the rest of the world.
Situated on 46 acres with views of sweeping vines, you will have exclusive use of the venue.
What are the food and wine choices?
Unlike traditional event menus, with The Luxe Winery Wedding you select your food choices from the seasonal Stumpy Gully dining menu.
2 course weddings include;

Weddings at Stumpy Gully have a 40 person capacity because Shane is dedicated to ensuring that you and your guests can enjoy a leisurely meal of exquisite seasonal dishes, without compromising on quality for which Stump Gully is renowned.
Are weddings at Stumpy Gully Vineyard child friendly?
All of our weddings are child friendly. We pride ourselves on creating a space that all ages can relax and celebrate in. If you opt for an all inclusive wedding we will even provide a complimentary kids corner to keep the littlies happy, so you can enjoy your special day. Kids meals are available - which include a main and dessert.
Is the vineyard dog friendly?
Unfortunately as this is a working vineyard dogs are not permitted on the property.
What happens if the weather is inclement?
Stumpy Gully Vineyard has multiple indoor rooms so we can host your ceremony indoors if required. Rain, Hail or shine your wedding will go ahed on the date you book.
What time does each package start?
If you opt for the day time option, the wedding ceremony commences at 12pm and the reception concludes at 4pm.
If you prefer the evening option, the ceremony begins at 5:00pm and the bar closes at 10:30pm.
What are your payment terms?
We ask for an 30% of your chosen package up front. This secures your date and your amazing collective of vendors. We then will work with you on a personalised payment schedule, with all investment due 8 weeks out from your wedding.

What is the maximum and minimum guest numbers for an elopement?
Choose to truly elope with just the two of you, or choose to invite up to 10 of your nearest and dearest. Each guest is charged at $150 per head and drinks are to be purchased on consumption.

Stumpy Gully dining pride themselves on the quality of food. Guests are capped at 40 for any event. Whilst up to 30 guests can be seated in the Dining Room, up to 40 can be seated in the Barrel Room.
We are having a bridal party, can we order more flowers?
Yes of course. We will give you a list of commonly asked for extras and let you decide what you may need. And extra buttonhole, or cake flowers, or a welcome cocktail!
Is cake included?
As this is a traditional, sit down style wedding we do include an amazing semi naked wedding cake topped with local Peninsula wildflowers.
Naturally, we let you choose the flavour! Lemon syrup is our fave, but the chocolate and caramel muds are very popular.
Dietary restrictions can be catered for - just ask.
Can we include videography?
Absolutely.
Couples never regret investing in videography and we have negotiated special rates for you with some of the regions best videographers.
This isn't a profit making add on, as we include everything you need in our packages. But, occasionally, couples ask for something extra and we're more than happy to facilitate that for you.
